    Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received from any LensCrafters over past 30 years. This place seriously needs to understand that the customer is the one who pays the employees salary and should treat every customer with the respect they would and should give to anyone. Especially one that will spend $500 on glasses and lens.

    I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I would advise if you want Lens Crafters go to Poughkeepsie over this location.

    When I asked to speak to a manager was told they have none.
