    I love this office! I see Dr. Lake for my annual exams. His office is well run and organized. He is very thorough with his exam and does not rush you if you have questions. He has a nice personality and is easy to talk to. Recently, I was qualified for laser eye surgery there; his office partners with Dr.Moadel in NYC for the actual surgery . This is very convenient because all of the pre and post op is done in Middletown but the Dr. completing the surgery is one of the best in NYC. Excellent office and staff in both places!!
