    This H&R Block really got me mad. I come to them 25 minutes before they close at 9pm, with a relatively easy tax refund to process. The woman or secretary at the counter just yells that they are closed. I asked if she was serious and she proceeded to tell me that it's too close to closing time and that they are closed. I start to walk out and she shuts the door behind me. Horrible experience and very unprofessional.
